OSVATECH provides IT consultancy services including but not limited to DDoS protection, hard drive recovery, BIOS reset, and network optimization. All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and ensuring their systems comply with legal and regulatory requirements. OSVATECH is not liable for any damages caused by incorrect information provided by the client.

4. Payment

All services must be paid in full before commencement unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other agreed payment methods.

5. Confidentiality

OSVATECH respects your privacy and will keep your data confidential. Any sensitive information shared during service provision will be protected in accordance with our privacy policy.

6. Liability

OSVATECH is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

7. Termination

OSVATECH reserves the right to terminate services if the client breaches any terms outlined in this agreement.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Refund Policy

1. Service Cancellations

Clients can cancel booked services up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Once a service has commenced, it is considered non-refundable. OSVATECH will make every effort to resolve any issues that arise during service delivery.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 30 business days via the original payment method. Clients must provide proof of payment to initiate the refund process.

4. Disputed Payments

In the event of a disputed payment, OSVATECH will work with the client to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate financial institution.
